Did you know that if you lightly trace a picture onto a banana with a pencil, in an hour it will show up like magic? Absurdly, I learned this from Mad Men's Christina Hendricks. I couldn't wait the whole hour with Charley, but after 30 minutes it was pretty clear.
I just walked up and handed it to him like 'what? Is there something special about your banana?'.
4 year old mind blown. Easy-peasy, mom-awesomeness cemented for another day.
