Happy Birthday, little dude

My nephew Jack turned 1 yesterday.  It's hard to believe that he's only been around for a year.  He's got a big personality, big hands and a big, big smile.  (And big love for a party!)

Here are the sweaty others having a great time at the party.  

December fever is definitely registering with this bunch.  It's the first year (thanks to school/pre-school) that any of them actually understand what happens at Christmas.  Evy keeps demanding to 'go see Christmas!' and Charley has discovered the beauty of the toy catalogue.  

I guess I was lucky to have a few years where they were oblivious.  Never to happen again.  Bring on the Santa-hoopla!
