Easter fun continued

So much fun!  I think the kids were outside for 5 hours.  Going to sleep was not a problem that night. 

Sarah and Rob's property includes a ravine with tiny creek.  I can't think of anything more entertaining for this gang.  Messy and muddy?  Moving water in which to float tiny flowers?  It doesn't get any better than that.

Finally, here's the reason that keeping a journal/diary/blog is crucial when you're int he midst of parenting:

This picture appeared amongst the 200+ I took on Saturday.  If I hadn't written everything down, I might have forgotten about 'speed arms'.  As soon as I saw this:

 

 

... I remembered the short, delightful era of 'speed arms'.  Don't know what I'm talking about?  Here's the original version, back on the old blog.  It's pretty easy to forget these weird little moments of child-rearing, so I'm pretty darn happy to have this document to remind me.

Too funny.  Hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend.  We had the joy of Uncle Phil's company for part of the time, so it was all fun here.  One more sunny morning before the predicted week of the monsoon.  Must get outside.
