I volunteered for Charley's end of year field trip today. Off we went to the Outdoor Education centre for some wholesome time in the woods.
Yeah. Then Charley got stung by something.
And then he looked like this:
Yeah... except WORSE! This picture was after 2 hours and a full dose of Benadryl. At first he had swollen ears, lips and feet. (He had to take his wee shoes off, poor dude!)
Doctor has declared he needs another round of allergy testing. Gee! Do you think! First round showed nothing.
He's fine now. Hopefully will sleep well and dream of oceans of calamine lotion.
Yikes! Something sting-y lurks in them thar woods. I hope he feels better soon...
