Now hold your horses! Don't get into a tizzy! This isn't a product of an epic vasectomy fail... it's my future niece or nephew. Sarah's finally out of the closet and over half-way to delivering the next family offspring, surely bound to become part of the Sam/Evy crazy-posse within the year.
